Documentation and and coordination with various trades on project kick off to ensure equipment quality and design standards and specifications are met with coordinated delivery schedules
4. Management
Project execution works are managed, monitored and documented with coordinated works between investor, operations and suppliers in accordance to a projected master works and delivery schedule
5. Commissioning
Quality assurance of supplier works with compilation of related documentations and necessary specialists services for commissioning of the system and the transfer of technology to end users
